At Ishifo, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your products reach you in pristine condition and within the stipulated timeframe. We have partnered with renowned logistics and courier companies like Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express, and Ecom Express to facilitate reliable delivery services.

Delivery Timeline:

While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we strive to deliver your orders within the following timeframe:

• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2-4 working days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities, Rural Areas: 4-7 working days

Shipping Charges:

A certain amount of shipping will be added to the order depending on the location. Ishifo may offer free delivery to selective locations.

Order Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.
• Cancellations beyond 24 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued in the form of a credit voucher code.
• Customized products/orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refunds:

• Canceled orders within 24 hours will result in either a credit voucher code or a refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Please note that refunds for sale items are not applicable.
• Refunds will not exceed the value of the product.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels:

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer care team immediately for assistance.

Special Orders:

Orders placed via Facetime or Skype calls are final and cannot be canceled. However, they are eligible for returns or refunds in case of manufacturing defects.

Order Delay/Cancellations:

In rare instances of production complications or measurement discrepancies, we may seek your cooperation, which could result in delays. Once garment construction has commenced, orders cannot be canceled.
