Special Orders:

Orders placed via Facetime or Skype calls are final and cannot be canceled. However, they are eligible for returns or refunds in case of manufacturing defects.

Order Delay/Cancellations:

In rare instances of production complications or measurement discrepancies, we may seek your cooperation, which could result in delays. Once garment construction has commenced, orders cannot be canceled.
