Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ishifo.com. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of women’s Indian ethnic clothing from our platform. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@ishifo.com within 30 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, and ship it to our warehouse address:Ishifo.com B-118 Basement, Old no. 15, New Ashok Nagar, Church Road, East Delhi – 110096 India.
  4. Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package to expedite the return process.
  5. Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team for a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ishifo.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@ishifo.com with your order number. We are unable to process cancellations beyond 24 hours barring extenuating circumstances.
